- Will the device work if the vehicle has other trackers installed from different service providers?
Yes, it will. You can have multiple tracking devices installed on the same vehicle.
- Is the signal strong when parked at the basement?
This depends on the signal strength between the tracking device and Global Positioning Satellites. Being underground can have a negative effect on the signal strength.
- How long does it take to arm and disarm the tracking device?
Less than 50 seconds.
- Can I disable the vehicle while driving?
Such a command cannot be permitted while the car is in motion. This is for safety reasons.
- How long do I need to wait before arming the engine if the car was in motion?

- When my phone’s storage has reached its maximum capacity. Will it affect location viewing?
No, if the application is installed and running on your phone the storage capacity does not influence the tracking of your vehicle.
- What happens when I have mistakenly clicked other commands while I have another running on the background?
The app will inform the user that the command was not successful due to a pending command.
